·         Nucleus- Automated Prescription Robot Fulfillment Project - Project Management of Robotic prescription Fulfillment centers across the United States (3 Sites). Support and lead multiple work streams (11 internal and 3 external) including but not limited to; Construction, automation equipment, IT/ Technology/ infrastructure, Central Rx, operations and business teams in standing up Micro-fulfillment centers. Delivered projects on time, within budget and of high quality.

·         Background Screening project – Led a cross-functional project team (Business, HR, IT, Architecture, Asset Protection) to move off an older unsupported screening platform and consolidated our drug screening management and criminal background screening under a single vendor in HR systems. This project improved Turnaround time in hiring, screening and compliance efficiencies. The project successfully improved candidate and recruitment experience and created actionable analytics under a single vendor.

·         Drug Testing Changes project – Led multiple cross-functional project teams in rolling out an instant Point of Care Oral Drug Test and process chain-wide. Vendor software was integrated with internal HR systems to schedule, track and store drug screening status. This project produced a $2.1M reduction in annual operating expenses.

·         IBM Subscriptions and Support Cost Saving project – Reduced IBM costs by $1.5M by working with Walgreens IT leaders to reduce or remove IBM Hardware, Software, subscriptions, and support no longer required by 30%.
